I d not agree. Any reasonable judge who understands the breed, knows
temperament, and not test will change the reality of the dog. I have seen
sound dogs looking about for one reason or the other, and dogs standing in
fear. I have seen sound dogs in the ring, who seemed to be backing off, when
they are only adjusting their stance.
The loose lead temperament test if great for those outside the ring.
Inside, it is up to the judge.
