Yes, the rules are the same as they are for ILPs, but in this case they don't
have to show a parentage.
Personally, I think it is an excellent idea - AKC makes a little money, more
people can participate in dog sports and it is a win/win all around... And
maybe some of those folks will decide to get a purebred later on! Let's hook'em
and reel'em in!
