AND - Roberts' Rules notwithstanding...is not the GSDCA a corporation? Then corporate rules (by-laws) ALSO take precedence over Roberts' Rules...every organization has different rules. Is this issue addresssed in the by-laws of the GSDCA? Usually, if members of an organization disapprove of the Boards actions, the by-laws will have provided some way for the members and perhaps not the other Directors, to remove the Board or any member of said Board..........in short, the Board members are responsible to the membership.
