WDA follows the German style of judging and sends their breed surveys,
etc., to Germany which is why they needed to include the long coat in a special
class. We obviously do not follow the same rules when we judge and breed
and do not have to have a special long coat class.

Not all long coats are of this variety. They have to be certified as

of this type and can only be bred to a long stock coat with undercoat.
When the Germans instituted this class it became necessary for WDA to

If the Germans invaded Poland would you? Probably a bad example, but I
don't see us doing things the same as Germany as progress.
