This past weekend, I helped my working line pup's breeders show Mahler's
half siblings and a couple of other dogs she bred at the Mid Eastern
Regional conformation show.
One dog I showed, a long coated male, was rated SG in his class, which is
the highest rating available for the untitled male class.
Another long coat male that was entered was rated V, the highest rating
available for his class.
Though the long coats were shown separately, there was at least one entry
in *every single class* that day, and they were some damn nice dogs. And
this from an entity that formerly didn't allow long coats to be shown AT
ALL.
There were long coated show lines AND working lines being exhibited, and
the quality was unmistakable.
