One astonishing fact came out during our AB1634 fight. Callifornia shelters
get paid for every KILLED dog. Not the ones they adopt out, but theones
they"say" are unadoptable, keep 3 days (law) and then kill. Shelter Reform
across the country would do a lot to get the public on our side.
