I think the ability to enter more than one futurity is an excellent idea, I
believe there should be no maximum number that you may enter, but you can
only show in one.
It will:
Bring more money to the club.
It will allow people to have some time with youngsters that may be stagey
or going through pano, or have some conflict that does not allow them
to enter a single , carved in stone , futurity. How many times have
we (collective) passed on a Futurity, because the young' un wasn't ready,
or
damn! is limping from Pano or did something stupid to hurt itself.....there
goes your chance to show. I don't see a down side to it. It may increase
overall rate of show without so many drop outs, if one has an option to show
later,
if need be.
