Yes, I will agree with that the White Shepherd breeders have tested
and worked at breeding healthy dogs. The White Shepherd
breeders have proof of this on their health site. This
is not the white GSD but White Shepherd the ones that
want the separation.
However, the white GSD breeders could not be a separate breed as they
have not bred pure white dogs but intermixed with the GSD.
This is why the white GSD breeders are fighting so hard for the DQ to be
removed on the whites.
If the separate White Shepherd breed was accepted and the white dogs could not
be registered with AKC it would
be the end for them if AKC decided not to register them.
Yes, white, liver, blues, pandas, piebald are bred by breeders that want to be
different so they can sell the pups
as breed standard means nothing to them.
