Oh, Tish it's too early here on the Left Coast, However, Robert's Rule of
Order, Newly Revised 10th Edition Chapter 4, page48 starting line 7, for one
instance and there are others throughout the book
it give various examples of how the Chair (Pres) votes to change the vote to
a tie, out of a tie, from less that 2/3 to 2/3, etc.
