Of course, what we don't know, is do the ballots make it back to Canada and
in time for their election? Seems like this only means we know they can mail
to us?
While I agree that Canadian members should be able to vote, I think that ALL
members should be able to vote. What about our members in other countries? I
think that fed-exing (is that a word?) ballots to ALL foreign members would
be cost prohibited. Mailing all the ballots to one person to distribute
doesn't sound right either. The responsibility is the GSDCAs, not some member
in
another country.
Why cant we require the election company that we hire to have the Canadian
ballots mailed by a Canadian company? Same with Mexico. That should be part of
their bid for the job.
Not sure about our members in other countries. Maybe their mail system is
better than Canada, or more likely, they don't really care who are judges or
officers are, they just want to get the review to see our dogs?
BUT, they should have the same option as all other member.
Canadians on the other hand, are like our cousins. They care about the
judges, etc because they are part of our GSD showing world, eh? I must say that
we
had a great time this year at the Canadian National. Such hospitality!

that being said, i wonder why it is then that Canada seems to have no
problem sending `and receiving ballots, yet we do? maybe it is tne amount of
postage affixed? seems like after all this time we ought to be able to do as
