There is nothing wrong with the postal service in Canada. We get mail from
the US all the time with no problem.

Totally agree with Wayne's statement above. We have sent and received mail to
and from the
USA several times this past year - it takes between 3 and 7 days - NOT weeks.
Interesting that
we always get the GSDCA membership renewal notice in a timely manner. But not
the Ballots.
