Gail and I both asked why Margy was not in attendance.
I was not aware of that. We elected Margy to serve us on the board. While I
didn't like to see a law suit filed, if true that they excluded her, then they
deserve to be sued, and the judgment is going to reflect the true damages.
Excluding her, if true, is way lower than I thought they would go. Had I
been a board member, I would have refused to even be involved in the meeting.
Now, I am glad she added the parliamentarian as a defendant.
