Isn't that what Bill does all week, write checks? Who will pay this? Who has
the power to the 2nd signature and will they be there? Can they still do
their job once charges are filed or do they all get suspended from their
positions? So if that's the case will we actually have a national or I am
just sitting on hold with United all day for nothing.I am serious and
looking for answers!
I sent a letter to the board saying I did not agree with how they handled
Margy, and that when charges are filed, you DO NOT SUSPEND the person charged.
That would deny due process. Since they did it wrong with Margy, they should
not do it wrong again.
If the board does not agree with me, then they are all suspended, Lew, Kris,
Bill, Carmen and Gary. Lew can't run the Annual Meeting, Bill can't act as
treasurer, and no other member of the Executive Committee can act for our club.
That makes no sense to me, and so I assume they either will listen to me,
(what a change that will be), or do what they did to Margy and suspend all
members of the Executive Committee until a vote is taken by the board after a
full hearing on the charges.
I don't know what they plan to do, maybe Lew can answer that question.
