I am sorry what possible reason is there for a west coast member to attend
a board meeting? The national is remaining in Saint Louis. If a member
wants to attend a meeting they can, just like they can attend the national.
There is no reason to rotate the board meetings and have the the expense of
those meetings . I am sure with the Parent club using the facility to host
the national from now on that Purina would be more than happy to host the
board meetings for a small fee or free. If the national stays in Purina so
should the board meetings. I hear Saint Lois is lovely this time of year.
Not as lovely as AZ but it will do.

All Committee Chairs get a copy of the PandP four times a year ( it is
updated by motions from
the Minutes)
All incoming Board Members were sent a PandP upon election as well as the
Board Orientation
Guide, with a recommendation that they review the last two years of
minutes available in the
Members section of the PC Website
