No, if you drive you got mileage (IRS AMOUNT) and your room, if you flew, you
used the Club's
Travel agent for your flight and got your room and you got $50 to cover meals
baggage costs etc
from Friday - Sunday (lunch was $15 at hotels).
Now, everyone gets up to $500 for airfare, room and meals, so if you drive and
it costs $75 to
drive and you share a room and it is 100 a nite, all you get is 175. If you
fly and your plane is
$375 and you share a room that is $100 a nite, you get $475. Receipts for
airfare and a copy of
the distance to drive from the web are required. You always had to book at
least 4 weeks in
advance, or pay the increased amount of airfare over what the ticket would have
cost 4 weeks in
advance.
We have tried on line meetings and it is almost impossible with 13 people and
trust me, Board
meetings done on the phone that should taken 15 minutes took over an hour.
They are rotating the meetings so more members can come to meetings
All this is detailed in the PandP and every member can get a copy in the
Members section of the
PC website
All Committee Chairs get a copy of the PandP four times a year ( it is updated
by motions from
the Minutes)
All incoming Board Members were sent a PandP upon election as well as the Board
Orientation
Guide, with a recommendation that they review the last two years of minutes
available in the
Members section of the PC Website
