Dear Board Members:
The next board meeting will be coming up in a matter of weeks. Is there an
agenda of what topics will be discussed/voted on at this meeting? I am sure
more members will attend if they knew ahead of time some of the issues that
the board would be dealing with.
Also, where can I get a copy of the minutes of the prior board
meeting/meetings? I would like to see what issues were tabled for later
discussion, what
were new business, voting records, etc.
I think this knowledge will motivate many more regular members to attend a
board meeting in their area.
