Not unclear at all and I did not say it differently either Julie ....just
I hope there were enough intelligent people to figure this out.

THE BOARD CAN NOT CHANGE THE STANDARD. They can bring changes to the
membership for a vote. Then, if the MEMBERS decide to change the standard, it
is submitted to the AKC for approval.
Some GSDCA club members have requested that the board look in to some
changes. That is why a committee was appointed to do so. The board didn't
just say, "You know, we want to piss people off and create more work for
ourselves so let's form a committee to do so."
If the standard committee brings potential changes to the membership for a
vote, then VOTE AGAINST THE CHANGES IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THEM. Well, that
is, if you are a member of the GSDCA. If you are NOT a member, you don't
get to vote.
