Cyndy,
Typically, bad breath in dogs is associated with tartar build up on teeth, a
bad tooth/teeth or it is coming from the gut. If all of her teeth are clean
and in good shape then I would suspect the odor is actually coming from the
gut. I would use either Berte's Digestion Blend that you can get at
www.b-naturals.com or L-Glutamine that you can purchase in capsule form at your
local health food store. Just my experience and two cents.

This is dog-related but not GSD. My Papillon has horrible breath! Her
teeth look fine, don't seem to need a cleaning. Any suggestions for something
to feed her/supplement her to tone down the noxious forces that come from her
little dragon mouth?
