I've been reading all the "judge" posts. Found them interesting. Will add,
that my mentor, Mo Murkland is a close friend of a couple of judges. Our dogs
are not shown when those judges are judging-simply because it's not right to
put the judge in that position. It seems to me, that's a good thing to do!
I think, I have a very good dog, Konigin's Phantom of the Opera (Spunky); as
I watch him in the ring, and his competitors, 99% of the time, judging has been
very good and accurate.

I agree - ("slightly") - When there is a class of nice dogs and one is
owned/trained/conditioned (take your pick) by (again, take your pick) either
someone with whom you have had a buddy relationship with for years, or is a
judge themselves, or is a club member which dog do you pick ??? It's a
no-brainer.
