Nonsense....
I have in the past mentioned this... the absolute WORST case of "judging" I
was witness to was when I won BOB. I was showing my Smooth Collie. He did
NOT have to win BOB, as there were other Smooths entered. In fact, the WB
was a better choice for BOB, IMHO...
That said... MANY times it is the "perception" that is the problem.
