Raffle for an IPAD2
March 21 at the Computer Club Meeting
Last fall, the SFCC purchased an IPAD2 (32GB)
WiFi that was available for members to check
out. We know that some members did take the time
to explore it, and ultimately purchased their own
iPad2. Since the device has now been available
for everyone to use, it is time to get it into
the hands of someone who can really use it!
The SFCC Officers have voted to Raffle the device
with members being able to purchase as many
tickets as they would like for $5 each.
The tickets will go on sale March 9, 12, 14 and
16 in the Recreation Center between the hours
of 9:00am to 10:00am and at the March 21, computer meeting until 11:00.
Current Amazon prices for this version of the
IPAD2 are in the range of around $475.00.
This iPad, barely used, would make a great gift,
so support your local computer club and pick up your ticket(s).
