I swear even if I was anti gun I don’t think I could be a part of these ‘buy
back’ programs…. for the simple reason it is the extreme example of ‘new
speak’ The term makes no sense to me. As is just too obvious… how can they…
be it a church, organization or the government….. buy back something they never
owned in the first place?
What is the actual message in this?

Not a dumb question. The slide will not come off the frame. I can only move
it back about half an inch.
Also that steel case is "lapped" into the barrel's rifling. Barrel might be
bulged. Can't tell.
"Bricked" as in "turned it into a paperweight".
