I also have been using Microsoft Security and find it very effective and easy
to setup, and as Robert states it is free.

My IT techies recommended the Mircosoft Security Suite, a free download for
Mircosoft. It has done well catching ugly stuff off the internet. We also have
a commercial email scruuber looking at emails (katharion.com), pretty
inexpensive per user for us.
