If we do 1 and 2, we may as well eliminate the "NL Only" membership fee and category. How many of these do we have? How much, if any, revenue would we lose? I'm against 3 because some of my GCSPNR volunteers do not have email, and are not online at all and therefore would be out of luck vis-a-vis the NL.
