I checked on a couple items last night in the Treasurer records. The 2011
membership list of paying members has 1 newsletter-only subscription, somebody
in Ohio, and they have an email address. We also have one member, Jerry
Belcher, that has no email address and requests a printed copy of the
newsletter.
Peter occasionally requests reimbursement for postage. We paid $8-10 both last
June and July but it may be like many that expend money and don't get
reimbursement every time.
I agree with those that have noted that items 1 & 2 are essentially the same.

How many GCSPNR volunteers don't have e-mail? I think Mystery Bob is the only
one. That said, it's not that big a cost.
Who knows, maybe Bob will break down one of these days and get a computer. Ok,
maybe not.

issue I mention is in line with the punish, er, reward for volunteers of the
GCSP. It's not a big deal. It's just an additional deter, er, incentive for
volunteers. I just wanted to point out that it's used for volunteers that
don't have internet access at all, and no desire to get it. Whatever is
decided is fine, unless Chris bears the cost himself. That doesn't seem far to
me. Take it out of the 50-50 raffle proceeds. ;-)
