I dropped it from the form. It still exists, it's just not on the form.
In the 10 or so it's been in the newsletter it's never been used. In the
nine-plus years I did the newsletter, we had only one advertiser: Pierre
Schwaar. For that, he paid for the postage for one newsletter issue. I
don't recall if it was for one or three months of advertising, but I think
it was in prelude to his trip to Peru.
