Talk about buffer overflow of the brain-to-fingers variety...

I made some changes to this paragraph, now it might make more sense.
Especially "approved a club meetings" -> "approved at club meetings".

I had the concept of the constitution and by-laws being two separate
things while rewriting the constitution. The by-laws would contain the
year-to-year, month-to-month details of running the club. Things like the
actual amount of the dues are part of the by-laws, since they will likely
change more frequently than the constitution. The by-laws are captured in
the meeting minutes of the decisions made and approved at club meetings.
This is why the minutes publication in the newsletter is so important. If
the minutes in the newsletter don't reflect our decisions, then these
by-laws have no foundation.
