arf has gotten plenty of money and donations, they should do the right thing
and pay for the heartworm treatment, I am sure candice wouldnt mind keeping him
as a foster, but he needs to be treated and arf should pay, it is not rfhs
responsiblility to pick up arf slack, if they claim to be suck a great rescue,
then they should get the dog to the vet
