constantly. ARF is anything but a rescue. They do NOT take care of dogs and I,
as an animal lover and a RFHS member want nothing to do with them. I am only
forwarding to board members bc there are times in meetings when their name
comes up as "a rescue" and "how great they are"...just wanted everyone to
truly see what this group does...and this is common.

This abandoned heart worm positive ARF dog needs help ASAP. 2 years as
heart worm positive has most likely done permanent damage.

I am once again emailing asking for help with my last ARF foster. HE NEEDS
HEARTWORM TREATMENT!!!! Do you realize I have had this dog for 2 years???
That I have been asking for him to be treated for 2 Years??? I have asked
nicely and every way possible but it hasnt got me any where. So I am now
telling you to find some where else for him to go. I will no longer foster
him. I WILL NOT watch a dog that I have now became attached die b/c of a so
called excuse of a rescue will not treat him. His treatment has been put off
and put off one excuse after another. As much as I hate to do this to him
you have until next weekend 3/22/14 to find somewhere for him to go or he
goes back to animal control. I financially and emotionally cant do this any
more. This email is also being forwarded to the Dept of Ag and anyone else
that will listen to me. I think they should know how long this has been
going on. ARF has no idea how many dogs they actually have out there. I
personally know of 3 other people that have ARF foster that have been
forgotten
about. One person that has a ARF dog that is not neutered! That person has
had the dog for going on a year now!
