Rollei Report V is about the SLX and 6000 cameras system. DHW
Photo introduced the new Rolleiflex FT camera with the new focusing system
in Photokina 2012; they also introduced the Rolleiflex FX-N 2.8/80; these
facts were commented here and in the Web widely. There were interviews to
DHW CEO Hans H. about the company's situation before the bankruptcy and
comments in the Web too; Hans H. is also the current DW Photo Ceo. The
Planar as optical design is free, however the Planar name belongs to Carl
Zeiss, you need a license to use it. The current lenses called "S-APogon"
for the Hy6-2 look Zeiss optical designs or very close to them.

I have several brochures and manuals from the F&H and Rollei Werke F&H era,
they are very well printed indeed.
You could send a bit of rain here; we have abnormal drought and heat;

Just received a beautiful "Rolleiflex 4x4 in der Praxis” original users
manual from June 1968 (0668). It’s very high print quality with a glossy
cover. The 2-tone drawing almost look like they are engraved in the paper.
Nobody prints like that anymore these days. It came with a roll of R21 EFKE
127 film expired in 1990.
Now I feel ready to load my "Rollei Baby" with current (Rerapan) b&w film
and try the thing out, if only the rain would ever stop here…

cable to increase the focusing distance for the Tele Rolleiflex and other

cameras used it.
