I am guilty of this. I have a ton of Rolleis and stuff in various states of
(dis)repair, sitting unused in storage. I went to the Dark Side — one of the
reasons was that my Rollei repair guy, Paul Ebel, stopped answering emails and
I assume the worst, and all of my cameras need *something* done to them. But
they are all super cameras and I feel some guilt keeping them out of the hands
of people who could put them to work.
I am shooting digital these days with a Sony hacked for infrared — visit

Hans,
i sure wouldn’t feel very comforable with that gold name plate on the
street either. On the other hand it’s sad that so many capable Rolleis are
locked in collections. A ttl metered Rolleiflex tlr or SL66se would be
great for shooting the new 120 Ektachrome 100.
