Is he active in the community? Any knowledge of whether these are just rocket
parts, or just some crazy person?

Subject: [roc-chat] Aliso Viejo bombing - a cautionary tale?
The news this morning is reporting that Stephen Beal has been arrested
in Long Beach in connection with the potential bombing in Aliso Viejo.
According to neighbors, he is a known rocketeer...
The are charging him (apparently, and perhaps as a means of applying
pressure) with possession of an explosive device (and they're also
taking pains to point out that this is not in connection with the
bombing) - which could conceivably be an Estes A3-4T, from how it is
said that prosecutors operate...
