The council already denied his request, wondering why we would entertain a
discussion with him, which in my mind would only encourage him to move
forward with a new proposal. Does he think us daft? I know he still needs
to meet with the commissioners but that they should lean heavily on the
advice of the council, correct? We are on board with however the majority
want to proceed. But seems to me he is dead in the water and trying to get
us on board and honestly is there anything he could change to make us in
favor of this?
