The Google accessible page used to have an option to change the number of
results.
I'm now using:
http://www.scroogle.org/scraper.html
for my home page.
It uses Google, but makes a cleaner page than the accessible Google was.

The so called Google accessible search page lacks lots and lots of features
such as being able to change the numbers of results per page and setting
filters for content.
This google accessible search page is woefully inadequate, and is a poor
substitute for the formerly accessible main page.
The Google search settings were accessible at one time, but the radio
buttons have turned to sliders that appear to be inaccessible from the
keyboard.
I have used the Window Eyes mouse commands to be able to change these
sliders, but it's a pain.

Definitely a step backwards in accessibility.

I find Google search settings are now inaccessible with Jaws 12 due to new
slider controls. #Google #accessibility
