Hi Eef,

I had the same problem. The pcre-test was ok but the check was still
failing.

I had to restart the httpd service to get it working. Maybe this will
also help for you.

Best regards,

Mark van den Boogaard

Hello Denis,

We used the workaround you suggested. (installing prce and doing
pcretest to check) and that looked fine.
When I do upgrade now, I still get the error on the install.php
PCRE compiled with --enable-unicode-propertiesFAILED

Now I wonder, what is correct? The pcretest of the check in install.php
And what to do, to just force to next step of install process?

Regards, Eef

It is hard to add much to what is already written:
        ---------------------------------------------
This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for
inclusion, but this component is not scheduled to be updated in
the current Red Hat Enterprise Linux release. If you would like
this request to be reviewed for the next minor release, ask your
support representative to set the next rhel-x.y flag to "?".
        ---------------------------------------------

Those owners of RHEL, who really care about this, should ask to
get it fixed. But if they don't care, I cannot help.
