Could you try reproducing the bug with 0.17.10 version? If it's something introduced during 0.18 development cycle, there's a chance of fixing it while 0.18 is still considered beta (which means I can release often).

In typical fashion, it responded differently. :)
  1. It still failed, here's the error from the webserver:
[Thu Jun 03 07:21:15 2010] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] PHP Warning:  PDO::query() [<a href=''>function.PDO-query</a>]: SQLSTATE[HY093]: Invalid parameter number: mixed named and positional parameters in /var/www/html/RackTables-0.17.10/inc/database.php on line 653, referer: http://localhost/racktables/index.php?page=object&tab=edit&object_id=2
  2. The error got caught by the system and displayed a much nicer "commitUpdateObject() failed" message without going into an error page.
