Hi Dirk,

Your python site is great!  If the steering pivot is kept at the same height 
and angle while moved forward to just inside the front wheel, this should be 
enough to make the ground contact point move forward of the tire contact point, 
while also maintaining the seat rising effect. I understand seat rising effect 
occurs due to the steering axis not being vertical.

I should just build one to experiment and then post the results :-) !
