Well we gave the ol' college try but no change in the neg.  Even tried dish 
soap.  

I think this splooge is soluble or removable when first seen before drying and 
can be removed then via physical means ('tween the fingers) but once dry it's 
there to stay.  One thing I noticed was that the neg appears bronzed via 
reflected light when dry and somewhat has that look when wet.
I hope tmax rs won't do this as I need to run 3 more sheets of this stuff.

   Its added to the fixer with hardener since you want the fixer acid. About 
15grams per liter of working solution at film strength. Watch the negative 
carefully because the mixture can bleach the image if left too long.
