If you're talking about B&W film, the loading procedure is typically where you get rid of dust. For whatever reason, B&W film attracts dust much more that E-6 or color neg so right before you begin to load, blow out all the holders w/compressed air. Then once you have a sheet in the holder, you blow off the film before you close the dark slide. This prevents 99.9% of any dust showing up in my experience.
