NO!!  It is most likely dead or mostly dead.  Phenidone in alcohol,
especially alcohol with some water as is most isopropyl, becomes inactive
within a matter of days.  You can keep phenidone by dissolving ascorbic acid
first in dry methanol, ethylene glycol or propylene glycol and then the
phenidone.  The vitamin C protects the phenidone.

Throw out what you have.

BTW, the color does not seem to be predictive of decay. I have methanol
solutions of phenidone and ascorbic acid that are 5-6 months old and quite
"golden" but still active.
