[pure-silver] Phenidone in solution

Quite a few months ago I made up a 5% solution of phenidone in Isopropyl
alcohol, used what I needed and stored the rest in air tight but not full
container. Today I looked at it and it has turned a golden color. I cannot
stir
the color out so I'm wondering if it is safe to say it is shot and simply toss
it out or can it still be used effectively?
