How do you mix up your solutions? It is always best to perform your dilutions before it gets in the tray. Your lines sound like poorly developed paper by have a too dilute developer; either by temp being too low, solution strength too dilute not mixed well or both. Are you making one print at a time? Or batching them back to back ?
