Multiple small (500ml) bottles are certainly the way to go here. Best in brown
glass of course.
This method worked very well for me in the late ‘90s- early 2000s when I was
using XTOL; I’d mix a 5L packet and put it in ten bottles. The developer lasted
years; it was only for 35mm, and diluted 1:1 so it took a long time to use up.
Especially after I stopped shooting 35!
