And if you can get some of the desiccant bags and put them in too it'll
ensure that last bit of moisture does not condense on the film when you thaw
it.

So is it good practice to put rolls (35mm or 120) or packets of sheets into
a plastic freezer bag, extract the air and seal the bag before freezing?

   ..and if it's Polaroid Type 55, make sure it's in a totally sealed bag.
Otherwise, it will bind itself and when you go to pull out the envelope to
expose the film.. it won't (talking recent experience.. wated 10 sheets!)
