Instead counting takes,
what are your most common mistakes?

For me it's:

#1) Not moving the filters into place before
   exposing MG paper.

#2) Exposing pearl finish RC on the wrong side

#3) Not writing exposure data on the back of the print

#4) Not dusting the negative well enough, which leads
   to #5:

#5) Not refocusing after opening the head to get at
the negative carrier - Beseler 45 & large prints
from 35mm: opening the head compresses the lower
bellows which moves the lens board down a smidgen
unless the lens board is locked.

#6) Forgetting to lock the lensboard.

On rare occasions, when the darkroom gods are kind, only the 1/6th of a sheet I use for my Kodak print scale. On MOST occasions, two or three sheets--sometimes a LOT more. And then there are the times when I forget to stop down my lens, inadvertantly move the easel, etc.
