Rich, is your analog Pentax old enough that it takes 2 batteries -1 for
high 1 for low? The second battery is hidden in a larger compartment
under the under the first.

I had one of those. One was a "mercury battery" style one and the other
was a 8-volt one. But they were next to one another.
