Hi Frank.
In the formal announcement Plextor announced that do to some environmental
issues proclaimed by an outfit from Europe called ROSE, i believe stating
that there was too much lead in PTR1, it was announced that PTR2 would come
out soon. I don't intend to chew or drink my PTR1 so i will stick with it
for a time. I was hoping that Plextor would make a device allowing us to
read DVDs. I understand that IRTI will support the PTR1 and that we can
still get upgrades.
