Well, I just simply went to the "c:\programs\plextalk recording software" 
folder and deleted it (together with all subfolders); then I likewise 
deleted the desktop shortcut and the start menu folder and shortcuts.

And you continued:

Yeah, I found that out, <smile>!

Many thanks for your suggestions! I know that I now do have the latest 
version of the software installed, but haven't done anything with it yet.
