Hello again fellow listers: Well, today's ostensible "easy does it" computer project was to install PRS version 2_02_01_20E, in the initial process of which, I was advised to remove all earlier versions. Well, I had version 2_01_17E on my system, and hence, dutifully tried to remove it as instructed. Well, the subject line of this post should give you a clue of what's happening here. Despite successive uses of both "add and remove" and windows clean-up 3.1, the older plextalk software is still on my system, though both "add and remove" and windows clean-up show it as being gone. How do I know that the software is stil on my system, the shortcut icon is still on the desktop, and when I enter on it, the plextalk software comes right up. Of course, there's no "uninstall" option given under the plextalk listing in the start menu. Can anyone help with this problem?
