[pskmail] New jpskmail version, 0.3.4

Hi all,
Here is an even better java pskmail version :-)
List of changes since 0.3.3:
* The latitude and longitude fields in the options dialogue now use
formatted text boxes. These text boxes will help the user set the proper
decimal position format. A tooltip is there explaining things.
* Removed the position save on beacon, that would cause a circular
reference where old data could get stored.
* Made the APRS Icon choice permanent. Its now saved and loaded from
configuration.
* Removed a bug where an ugly null pointer message would be shown within
options if the system used did not have serial ports.
* Made the mode switch choice for the modem actually work. If not
connected then it will change the current mode in fldigi right away. If
in a connected session then it will send a request to the server to
alter mode when first pressed, the second press will change the mode in
fldigi.
* Removed a bad status variable in configuration. Status text was not
working as it should. Its now preset to the software version but pse
change to what you need it to be.
* Made the configuration file path set as it should be, there were
several configuration files before..
* Mail/APRS and Mail/scanning and TTY are now handled as a button group
so they will reflect the current mode.
